Can the packaging be recycled?
Yes, the PET Plastic jars and lids can be recycled if your local government offers this service. Our glass jars can also be recycled at home or in glass recycling facility.
Will my Manuka Honey Crystallise?
Eventually all real honey will crystallise, this means it is real raw honey. If your honey crystallises then you can place the jar in warm water to liquidate. We cream our Manuka honey which does reduce the crystallisation of the honey. However it will eventually crystallise.
How long will my Manuka honey last?
Manuka honey, like other honeys will last beyond the use by date if stored correctly. Honey was discovered in the Pharoh Tutankhamun’s tomb which was over 2,000 years old, and it was still edible, crazy right! However, honey does change over time which means the levels of sugars and MGO changes over long periods. So best to use within the use by dates.
How should I store my Manuka honey?
Store Manuka honey out of direct sunlight at ambient temperature. Do not refrigerate or heat Manuka honey.
Contraindications
It is advised that infants under 12 months should not ingest honey. If you have a pollen, honey or bee allergy it is probably best to avoid. Spot test the honey to check it does not give you a reaction, discontinue use if it does.

We then carefully selected this single origin honey from our apiaries. Our cold extraction method helps to retain and preserve the beneficial compounds and therapeutic properties of this superior honey. After cold extraction the honey is finely filtered and allowed to mature under special conditions, until it reaches its full potency.
Our Australia’s Manuka 1900+ MGO honey is presented in a 350-gram round violet glass jar designed to enhance and protect the natural properties of this special honey. The jar comes in a beautifully designed box befitting its status. Each jar and the box are numbered and assigned security seals for your peace of mind.
All of our Manuka honey is tested at accredited, independent laboratories to ensure the precise level of MGO activity before packing. We recommend that you avoid heating this honey to help preserve its delicate taste, texture and bioactive properties. It can be consumed and used straight from the jar by the spoonful.
