Smoothies are a great way to pack nutrients and protein into your diet. Usually sweet, smoothies cane be made in many different food combinations. Take some inspiration from our recipes below but feel free to improvise and switch ingredients as desired.
Method
For all smoothie recipes is to throw all ingredients into the blender and blend.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
4 pieces of frozen pineapple OR 1 green apple
1 tight handful of baby spinach
2 celery stalks
2-3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
Splash of coconut water
2 teaspoons of Manuka honey
Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup of frozen strawberries
2-3 tablespoons of greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
Splash of coconut water
2 teaspoons of Manuka honey
Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
½ cup of frozen mango
2-3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
2-3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
Splash of coconut water
