Uses for the Bioactive Manuka honey in this pack

The 100+MGO Manuka honey is great on breakfast, smoothies, in warm drinks and cooking and as a DAILY MAINTENANCE DOSE.

This 1500+MGO Manuka honey can be used for treating:

• ORAL CARE for treating oral bacteria, prevent plaque formation, ulcers and mucous membrane health.
• Assists DIGESTIVE CONDITIONS including ulcers, gastritis, reflux, irritated bowel disorder and syndrome (IBD and IBS).
• Supports COLDS, coughs and flu including SORE THROAT
• WOUND AND BURN dressing and SUNBURN Manuka honey cleanses and moistens wounds, while also promoting the growth of healthy skin cells.
• SKIN CONDITIONS eczema, acne and diabetic ulcers. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of Manuka honey help to soothe, clean and heal the skin.
• ANALGESIC can reduce and relieve pain.

Both honeys are superfoods packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and vitamins and minerals. This wholefood honey is a great replacement for processed sugar as it is LOWER GI and offers the benefits of health boosting bioactive compounds.  This honey is also a PREBIOTIC which supports the growth of good gut bacteria. The FLAVOUR is unique to the coastal forests of the Northern Rivers Region. It is softer flavour than a New Zealand Manuka but a more earthy than our culinary varieties.
