Ingredients
1 cup of roasted beetroot 1 can of chickpeas strained and washed 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika ½ teaspoon of cumin 2 garlic cloves Splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice Olive oil 2 teaspoons of Manuka Honey
Method
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend. We love garlic hummus so you could add less garlic and spices if you prefer a milder flavour or more Manuka if you want it sweeter.
